  • Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5-7 days, depending on the efficiency of our logistics partners. We’ll do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

Exchange Policy

We put a lot of love into crafting and packing your orders, but if something doesn’t arrive as it should, we’ve got your back!

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged state.

  • How to Request a Exchange:

    1. Kindly record a video while unboxing the product as proof of its condition upon arrival. This helps us assess the issue and take appropriate action quickly.

    2. Email the video along with your order details to peopleatooljalool@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange Process: If approved, exchange will be processed back to you within 5-7 business days after the same is  approved by the team.
